The role
As our SDR, you’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our leads, whether they’ve come through marketing, events, or outreach. Your job is to get them excited about our solution, qualify their needs, and book in demos. You’ll use tools like HubSpot daily and get stuck into everything from inbound follow-up to outbound cold calls.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads from marketing, events and webinars
- Cold call and message prospects via LinkedIn and email
- Qualify leads and manage them through the early sales pipeline
- Book demos for the Head of Sales
- Use HubSpot to manage your activity and pipeline
- Help evolve and optimise outreach strategies
- Learn the product and market inside out to confidently engage prospects
- Progress to running your own discovery calls and building your own pipeline
Skills & Experience
Required
- Confident on the phone, you won’t shy away from a cold call
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, coachable and self-motivated
- Organised and able to manage multiple leads and activities in HubSpot
- Experience in software or SaaS is a bonus, but not essential
- Keen to grow and develop in a sales role
