What does the Vtiger integration do?
This integration allows you to connect your Vtiger CRM account with your Doc2 account. Once connected, you will be able to pull data that is stored in your CRM directly into a template form in Doc2. For example, you could start typing the name of a new customer and the integration will allow you to auto-complete their name, but also fill in any other information relating to that person, maybe a company name, a date of birth or address.
As a result, you can now create your contracts with ease and send them to be eSigned in seconds.
How do I set it up?
Setting it up is simple:
- Connect your Vtiger account through the App page under Settings
- Go to ‘Edit Template’, edit the lastest version of the template
- Find the field you want to lookup from, say a name field (or ESIGN:NAME field)
- Set the field type as external data, then pick Vtiger
- Set what data you want to feed into each field
- Submit and you’re done!
