Speed, branding and professionalism are paramount to HV’s clientbase. 

Previously, HV used six separate softwares and sites to create ELs; Word, Email, Box, Adobe Sign, Companies House and Canva. This disjointed process meant creating ELs took up to two hours. As a result, the task was often pushed-backed, delaying engagement and commencement of work.

The integrity of the master template, was a constant source of worry. The template could accidentally be edited and saved over, causing severe frustration and compliance concerns.

Directors aimed for perfectly formatted Word documents; paragraph spacing and branding. Therefore, a significant amount of time was wasted reviewing simple documents to ensure paragraphs were on the same page and that there were no unintended spaces for formatting issues.
